Deadlines

SIROCCO 2016 registration is now open: just fill in the online registration form and proceed to payment.

Early registration deadline is 30 June 2016.

Late registration will be kept open until the end of the conference, 21 July 2016.

Registration Fees

Early registration

• Regular: 310 EUR
• Student: 170 EUR

Late registration

• Regular: 350 EUR
• Student: 200 EUR

Student fees

Student fees apply to all students, including doctoral students, regardless of whether the student is giving a presentation. The low registration fee is made possible with support from Helsinki Doctoral Education Network in Information and Communications Technology (HICT). There is also additional support available for students who are members of the HICT network.

Procedure

Registration is possible only online, with the usual credit cards. It is not possible to pay the registration fee in cash, and there is no on-site registration.

What Is Included?

Early registration

In addition to the technical programme of the conference, early registration fees include:

• 3 × lunch at Helka
• 6 × coffee break at conference site
• cruise on Schooner Linden
• conference dinner at Katajanokan Kasino

Conference pre-proceedings will be freely available online.

Late registration

If you miss the early registration deadline, please contact us before paying the late registration fee to make sure there is still room for you e.g. at lunch and dinner. We will do our best to accommodate you but unfortunately we cannot make any guarantees for late registrations.
